Summary: First of all they got me on smoking vs non-smoking and charged me $15 extra. May be I didn’t see at the time of reservations, but this was odd when it was mostly empty. Terrible service. First day they came and gave me a shampoo and a soap and left. Second they didn’t show up. When I asked after coming back, they just gave me a new room that was double bed instead of a my king bed. The quality and basic cleaning is something if I knew earlier, I would have never gone. Breakfast was a joke with few muffins (may be), bread and coffee (if they wish to refill). It’s a terrible facility and a complete rip off (I paid almost $70 per night). So highly not recommended.

Summary: Room was clean - not enough linens in the room (no hand towels) - bed was a little hard to sleep on but that could be a personal preference - there were cobwebs in the stairwells but overall the place was clean and it was quiet

Summary: We stayed 2 nights, coming to Radford for our granddaughter's graduation. The room was dirty, we found ants, and it smelled terrible, probably because the small refrigerator in the room was unplugged. The back door to the property, which should be accessible only with a room key, was unlocked 24/7. Breakfast was meager to say the least. We will not be staying in a Super 8 ever again!

Summary: Breakfast options were very limited. There was only cereal, one piece of bread, green bananas, and Apple cinnamon muffins. No staff were present to restock or answer questions. Check in went very well and the evening staff were friendly

Summary: Where do I start? Upon our arrival we were greeted with smiles and welcoming service. We showed up late night as well. We we’re accomodated and our room was relocated to the 1st floor without hesitation nor question. Sai was great during our visit, very concierge type service. Rideshares were an issue since we were 20 minutes from Blacksburg, which we didn’t realize. The owner of the hotel, Mr.Reddy, stepped up multiple times and offered while being adamant that he give us a ride to ensure our visit to the area was nothing short of fun and enjoyable. We were in town for Metallica. He wouldn’t accept money for the multiple rides he gave us, but finally we made him take $$ on our last ride lol. If you are ok with staying a few minutes outside of Blacksburg and Radford, this is the place to book!!!
